This is not a commercial site; just a slightly obsessive hobby. It is possible that occasionally I come up with something useful, be it the occasional better-than-average photo or some unexpected pearls of wisdom. If this should ever happen, the last thing I want to do is stop myself from being quoted, but it is important to me that I get credit for anything worthwhile I produce.
Anything I publish is acceptable for quoting and circulation, provided that I am credited, and some way is given for readers/viewers to track me down, ideally a link back to the page it came from. The academic publications are also covered by whatever restrictions their publishers put on them (the usual thing is that circulating copies of the whole text is not permitted, but extensive quotation within usual fair use constraints is).
No commercial use of any of my work is permitted unless with my express consent. It's pretty simple really: if anything I publish is actually good enough to make money off I want to see a share. If you want to sell anything I own, email me to discuss terms.
